Insurance Account Executive

Insurance Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Build, nurture and manage a book of retail agencies:
  • Work with each agency to understand their specific operational structure, hierarchy, and expertise.
  • Develop relationships with CSR’s, Account Managers, and Producers within your agency book.
  • Identify key roles/relationships to focus on larger commercial accounts.
  • Strategically motivate and drive each agency you manage:
  • Ensure all key CSRs, Account Managers and Producers fully understand the FifthWall value prop.
  • Educate agents on FifthWall processes and platforms and products.
  • Develop a strategic plan for each agency to present cyber for all new and renewal businesses.
  • Bring awareness to any necessary personnel at the agency on the topic of cyber. 
  • Actively support submissions and quotes
  • Manage and organize all submissions from assigned agencies.
  • Facilitate the process of moving a deal from submission all to the way to bind.
  • Assist the Operations team with marketing and underwriting efforts.
  • Utilize FifthWall’s marketing tools and services to facilitate the sale.
  • Identify and nurture any high-priority deals by working directly with the client.
  • Drive all follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of insurance experience.   
  • Proven sales record (preferably in the insurance space).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a self‐starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility.
  • Desire to work and thrive in a fast-paced growing company environment where self-starters can and will excel.

Small Business Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Small Business submissions:
  • Submit each opportunity through approved small business platforms and markets.
  • Work with technology partners and carriers to facilitate indications and quotes.
  • Maintain an organized workflow to manage all submissions and necessary carrier follow-ups. 
  • Work with assigned Account Executive to support quotes and nurture agency relationships. 
  • Provide administrative assistance for the Manager of Insurance Operations:
  • Interacting with carriers.
  • Assisting with larger new business submissions.
  • Following up on necessary documentation and paperwork.
  • Assist Account Executives with on-demand agent requests:
  • Certificate changes
  • Policy retrieval
  • Invoicing
  • Portal assistance

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred. 
  • A minimum of 1 year of insurance experience is preferred.  
  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a self‐starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
